1. PRODUCTS SOLD FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY
You understand and affirmatively agree that all Cziom.com materials are sold strictly for scientific research and development purposes ONLY, and are not intended for human use, veterinary use, nor therapeutic or diagnostic use, nor any other household or medical use.
You understand and affirmatively agree that Cziom.com is offering all materials or compounds for sale solely for the intended end use or purpose of non-clinical scientific research and development, and you confirm that this is, in fact, the only end-use for which you are purchasing Cziom.com materials.
You understand and affirmatively agree that products bought through Cziom.com may NOT and will NOT be exported, resold, nor used for the development or manufacture of chemical or biological weapons, nor used for development or production of controlled drugs, nor used for any purposes that lie outside of those permitted under these terms of sale.
You understand and affirmatively agree that Cziom.com materials are for purchase only by qualified individuals with the knowledge, judgment, secure storage arrangements, and equipment to safely handle Reachgenius.se compounds for their intended application.
You understand and affirmatively agree that any communications indicating the use of Cziom.com materials other than scientific research and development purposes may result in refusal of purchases and deactivation or deletion of any relevant Cziom.com e account(s).
You understand and affirmatively agree that certain regulatory agencies could classify materials bought through Cziom.com as unapproved new drugs if they were to be sold for consumption by and/or administration to humans, but by continuing to access the Cziom.com website, and/or by making a purchase on Reachgenius.se, you explicitly agree to and confirm that you will NOT purchase nor use any Cziom product for consumption by yourself or other humans, or administration to yourself or other humans.
By continuing to use Cziom.com, or proceeding with purchasing through the site, you agree to unconditionally indemnify Cziom.com, its parent and associated companies, and its owners and staff against any liability arising from breaking any of these Terms and Conditions.
2.1 SHIPPING FEES
The shipping fee is calculated from the chosen carrier and the total product weight.
2.2 SHIPPING CARRIER
We use DHL or the Swedish postal service PostNord for all shipments. Parcels shipped outside of Sweden via PostNord will be handed over to the customer's local postal service as standard international mail.
2.3 CUSTOMS DUTIES AND FEES
Customers outside of Sweden assumes all responsibility for any customs duties or fees. Also, we will not refund orders which are seized by customs.
Orders placed on workdays before 13.00 (1:00 PM) CET are typically dispatched the same day.
3.2 SHIPPING NOTIFICATION
Upon order dispatch, the customer gets a notification by e-mail. The e-mail contains a tracking number that the customer can use to track the shipment.
4. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Upon completion of the purchase, the customer receives an order confirmation by email. The customer is responsible for checking that the address information and the order content is correct. If the customer has not received an order confirmation within 30 minutes of completion of the purchase, the customer is asked to contact Cziom.
5.1 DIRECT PAYMENT, CARD AND WIRE TRANSFER
The customer can choose to pay by credit card, wire transfer, or Swish (Swedish citizens only). There are restrictions on available payment methods for certain countries.
6. CUSTOMER RIGHTS
6.1 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Customers are entitled to 14 days right of withdrawal from the day that the customer has received the goods.
For partial delivery of the same order, the 14 days right of withdrawal begin after that the customer has accepted the last item from the purchase.
The right of withdrawal only applies if the seal on the product is intact due to health and hygiene reasons. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products marked with short or expired dates.
If the customer has not shipped the products and provided us with a tracking number within 14 days after notice of withdrawal, the customer is deemed to have accepted the purchase.
6.1.2 HOW THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS USED
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer shall notify Cziom within 14 days after receiving the last item, stated in 6.1. Please e-mail us at info@Cziom.com or contact us through our contact form or phone number available on our website contact page, and your physical invoice. The customer will pay the cost for the return shipping, but in case of faulty or damaged goods, Cziom will cover all related expenses. The goods should, if possible, be sent back in their original packaging and condition with an enclosed copy of the delivery slip or invoice where the customer has indicated the returned goods. As a Swedish customer, you can also use a standard set of cancellation rights, which is found here, developed by the Swedish Consumer Agency.
If the goods are returned in an altered state, which is caused by the customer handling the product to a greater extent than may be deemed necessary to determine its characteristics or function, Reachgenius has the right to deduct the value loss from the refund amount. If goods that are not covered by the right of withdrawal are returned to Reachgenius, and the customer wishes to have the items back, the customer will be charged a shipping fee to cover the shipping costs. If the customer does not get in touch with us regarding said returned items within 30 days, the customer loses his or her right to the goods. Returns may not be made by cash on delivery.
If the customer chooses to return one or more products from a promotional purchase where a product has been included free of charge, the free product must also be returned in its unopened/original state.
6.1.3 REFUND TO CUSTOMER
Cziom refunds customers within 14 days after Cziom has received, inspected, and approved the returned items. The same payment method used by the customer at the time of purchase will be used unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
The refund will reach the customers account wihin 1-3 work days after the refund has been initiated.
6.2 COMPLAINTS, DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
When damage or errors are detected, customers must file a complaint within a reasonable time. If the outer packaging is damaged when the shipment is picked up, the customer must immediately file a claim. Before complaints are acted upon, the customer must contact Reachgenius.

If a complaint is approved, Cziom is responsible for all shipping and return fees. After that the goods are received by the customer, the customer has a one year right to complaint, or until the expiration date has passed.

7. TERMS & CONDITIONS
All prices are including 25% VAT except for countries outside of the EU. To shop at Cziom, the customer must be of the age of majority. Cziom do not make this check, but the customer is responsible for complying. Customer is responsible for making sure that the products are legal to import to the country that customer intends to import the products. The customer is always responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the order. All product images should be viewed as illustrations, and Cziom can not guarantee that the product images are reflected in terms of appearance and nature.
All sales are made via the Cziom internet store.
7.3 PERSONAL DATA
All personal information is only used internally by Cziom. We do not provide or sell this information to other companies, third parties, or individuals. Personal data may be used for marketing purposes for Will n Jake Aktiebolag and its subsidiaries.
7.4 UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
If a customer wishes to have an order that has been returned to Cziom shipped back to them, the customer will be charged a shipping fee. If the customer does not get in touch with us regarding unclaimed items within 30 days, the customer loses his or her right to the goods. Contact customer service to book a new delivery.
7.5 IN CASE OF SUSPICION OF CRIME
In case of suspicion of crime, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notifying you. We will report any crime perceived to harm Cziom to the police.
Upon registration of the completed order, the customer has read and accepted the above terms. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. The customer is responsible for staying updated on the current terms & conditions.
In a dispute between the customer and Cziom, the dispute shall be settled under Swedish law in Swedish courts unless otherwise agreed.

The buyer assumes all responsibility for any customs duties or fees. Also, Cziom will not refund orders which are seized by customs.
